Our experience includes assisting our clients to meet their needs utilizing a wide variety of financing instruments.
MINING
Our mining law experience includes financings, mergers and acquisitions, property acquisitions and dispositions, general securities law and corporate governance for clients who are Canadian and international mining companies, investment banks, and lending institutions.
MERGERS AND ACQUISITIONS
With client experience ranging from large, publicly listed entities and their boards of directors to small businesses and their shareholders, we are well-positioned to advise on mergers and acquisitions, whether by way of take-over, buy-out, or a plan of arrangement.
oIL & GAS
Our oil and gas experience includes acting for public and private companies with respect to corporate finance and securities, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate governance. We also have midstream transactional experience gained in the financing of refinery modules in the Kurdistan Region of Iraq.
