Peter Laflamme

Peter started his legal career in 2000 and cut his teeth doing primarily corporate finance and securities work during a boom in the commodities markets. In 2006, while practising at Stikeman Elliott LLP in Toronto, he relocated to the London, England offices of Stikeman where he advised companies, banks and UK broker-dealers on primarily mining and oil & gas transactions in South Africa, the UK North Sea, Turkey and the Kurdistan Region of Iraq. In 2011, he crossed the Atlantic once again to return to Toronto to assume the role of General Counsel and Managing Director for a private investment business. At Laflamme Legal, he continues his passion for helping clients navigate complex legal matters.
